Red-lining consumers! Beware! Ripoff!

Be warned, GEICO the "15 minute phone call compnay" is redlining consumers, asking for all sorts of proof as to residency.

After being a customer for over 10 years, they claimed that my father's address in Brooklyn, NY was my garageing address and not Staten Island, NY. After sending in 60 pages of proof, including bills, receipts, EZPass statements and sworn statements, they refused to budge. The big deal is that Brooklyn's insurance rates are 40% HIGHER than Staten Island.

THey are very uncaring people. However, the NYS Insurance Department is investigating and I have filed a civil suit. We'll see.
