Store wouldn't honour Match Price promise

A salesman at the Sunridge store, Calgary agreed to match the delivery & removal fees for a laundry unit and he even gave me the total amount including the GST on the phone. When my wife and I showed up, he said the manager would not match the removal fee because the delivery company wouldn't accept the discount deal.

Walked out the door without giving them the business even though the difference was just $15 to $20 in total. Must not support a dishonest company. Placed my laundry order with another big box company for a higher model a week later and spent $300 more to support the legitimate and honest business!
