Highly upset, disappointed customer

I placed an order on Mother's Day, May 12th for same day delivery. Bloomex charged me extra and nothing ever got delivered. My mom was going through a tough time that day and since I wasn't there, I really needed to send her a nice surprise to brighten her day. Nothing got delivered. I tried calling and live chatting on the 12th and 13th, but there were no responses. On May 14th, I got an email saying that the order that was supposed to be delivered on mother's day was 'in transit', tears rolled down my face. I called them and they were the most rudest, unprofessional, non-empathetic people I have ever spoken with. They said that they will not refund my money, but they can resend it. Mind you it was now May 14th, mother's day is has come and gone. I cried on the phone due to the upset and pain I was feeling at her rudeness (no apologies from her either) and she hung up on me. People please please please, do not order anything from that store, you will be highly disappointed. Read all the negative reviews. They will be present to take your money, they won't deliver, they won't respond to you anymore, they won't sympathize with you, they will take your money and hang up on you with you not being able to reach anyone from then. Poorest (in all sense of the word) service i have ever received in my life. They need to re-evaluate the way they do things and their staff needs serious training, they need to change their policies and actually start servicing and stop stealing from people if they want to stay in business. They keep saying they are busy, I feel sorry for all those people that will be disappointed.
