Bus not following schedules

I pay $95.00 a month to get to and from work using Marta's bus and rail system. My complaint is with the service that is being provided with the route 39 Buford Hwy bus. Every afternoon for the last month at the intersection of Buford Hwy and North Druid Hills, the scheduled 3:51 bus is always late.in fact for the last month the 3:51 and the 4:03 arrive at the same time! What is the point of having a schedule if it's not going to be followed? What is the point of two buses arriving at the same time? Standing alongside Buford Hwy is already bad enough without having to wait for a scheduled bus that constantly never shows up on time. I'm not trying to get anyone in particular in trouble, but something must be done to correct this. Someone needs to be held accountable. Thank you for your time. Hopefully this matter can be resolved soon.
