Boycott The Brick - useless warranty! Broken wheel on buffet hutch door not replaced since nov - Spiga buffet hutch with dining table

It's been over 5 months waiting for the solution. The technician first said that couches were normal wear and sagging was expected. I haven't finished my payments and the couches are useless already... They sell same cheap china furniture like other stores but cover them with " blanket warranty"... Another scam to get your money...
The technician which visited us had said he will order the part for the buffet hutch and we should not use the door until then. The door was placed behind it so there are no accidents. I paid 2100 dollars plus tax for this to sit behind it. When I contacted them again in april they said technician will arrive within 5 days and I could not be reached before. I have voicemail and who called on my phone: (I run my business by same phone.
On the fifth day the technician arrives and now he takes pictures of the door and tells me that they did not order any part before. I contacted customer service several times and everyone sees in the notes that the wheel is to be replaced. Now I get call from the head office saying " she has taken ownership of the situation and she has ordered a part and cannot tell me when will I receive it". She cannot do anything for us. I asked her if I can dump this in garbage since it is useless after all the money I paid. She answers its your choice. I need SOLUTION no sorry or no date when... Why why why would you rape your customers... I feel whether its small store or big store it's just same customer service in the end. I would not spend another penny with them. Boycott brick: (
