Broken couches

I will never set my foot in another Brick in my lifetime. Bought new couches from there 2 years ago and went with the extended warranty. Well my couches broke so we called the warranty place they came out and looked at the couches and took photos. They said they would call us within a week. The call never came so we called them again and they said they were very busy and giv them a few more days. Another week went by and nothing so once again we called them and finally they told us they are not going to fix our couches but give us a in store credit. Went to buy somethig a week later on that in store redit and was told there was no notes in the system in regardsto if they wanted the couches back even though we were told to do whatever we wanted with them. And since the service department is closed on Sundays we were unable to use our in store credit. So how long was I supposed to hold on to their couches for them to make a decision on if they want them back. Are they going to pay me a storage fee for me storing them? The worst customer service I have ever received. Even spoke with the manager at the store and he was as useless as the rest of the staff. I work in the customer service business so I know how important it is to take care of your customers and these guys dont. Wish people would read reviews before making purchases because I bet half the people would never buy from The Brick again after reading all the negative feedback on here.
