I came in for the first time to get my car serviced at Brickell. I was greeted immediately and escorted inside with Mr. Eric Seliciano. He took my information down and very pleasantly explained the process at BM. He showed me to the areas where I could comfortably wait for my vehicle and pointed me to the nearest locations where I could eat. It was a pleasure and I will continue to bring my vehicle for servicing.
