Broken promises plate theft

A 1994 was purchased. It was decided we did not want the extended warranty.
Plus the $599 theft gaurd was left on the contact. That was supposed to be a "freebie"
They also refused to turn the plates over from the trade in. There was a credit on those plates.
On monday, November 22, we were referred to a finace guy, David
Regnauer who promised us everything would be taken care of.
He told us to return the next day and we would get the corrected paperwork.
The next day Shawn was there several hours to get the car detailed but David kept saying he was busy.
They now refuse to return our calls.
