Failed to return tag

I traded my car in plus gave cash. On the way home, my daughter was driving 15yrs old, told me that the brakes were going down. I took it too beach clinic in cape canaveral. The next day I was told that the car should not have been sold and taken of the lot. I was told my the mechanic to take the car back for it had too many repairs and he did not get to the whole car yet. I tried to return car and they refused. I tried the next day again and was told only the brake pads were bad. And i had to have them repaired there for it to be covered under their warranty. I refused. The next day my husband called foreman motors and talked with dan., I was told to bring car back and they would return my car and money. They did, but would not give plates back. I was told they did not know where they went too and then blamed it on the detailer. My friend was with me when they took off the plates and took them in the office. I had too buy new plates and was told that they were suppose to have given me my plates when taken off the car.
