Teleflora is the worst - flowers

Relative just out of hospital and I chose this company b/c of the classy website. They promise same day delivery. Flowers not delivered, but you'd never know it b/c they don't call to tell you. When I do call, the next day, after being on the phone for 15ms, they promise deliver THAT day. Never happened. After 3 calls, wasting 45 ms of calls from work, they "get" that there's a problem and offer delivery (on the 3rd day) w 25% off. Are you kidding me? Call 1-800-FLOWERS and get the service you deserve. These guys are a disgrace.
