Poor Service, even worst transaction! - firestone tires

Recently purchased 4 new tires from the Firestone in Brea, CA. I worked with the store manager Carlos who for lack of understanding on his part, charged me 2x for the same job where my first charge was pending for over 5 business days. Called the next business day, the rep said he would call me back and I got nothing. Called again, now upset and got the same excuse take my number will cal you back. Finally getting a hold of the store manager by calling Customer affairs and the con-called the manager in who did this to me, al he had was excuses why it was my banks fault and not his lack of knowing his system. Sucks when you have to wait a week to get $400 bucks back when I should have had in the first place. My Family will never buy from Firestone again with the support I got and excuses, not apologies to me the customer. All because I trusted what he said.
