My 2 back to back package went missing. Worth 1200 bucks. Customer service provider are clueless. They are so professional that when I asked them to note a complain they only asked me 2 questions. My Name and phone number. After 24 hrs a guy called me saying he was insufficient with information. I gave him tracking number and address and all he could answer me is last location of package. Nothing else. The way customer service guy said me clearly they never follow up with complain I came to knew they are worthless.

They are no more worth providing service to country like USA. I want them to go to 3rd world and service them. I guess they are not even worth to provide any service on earth. Probably moon is the best place for them. No mail to send and receive. No nothing gets missing.
