General Motors
Seat, tie rod, ac - Spa and Salon

Cars & Transport

My 2012 Malibu 2LZ is 6 months old, my tie rod went out and my ac went out. The leather was scratched by the dealers tint shop and another spot was tearing from an abnormal wear issue with the stitching. Westside Chevrolet (77450) worked on my my car, the ac blows disproportionate to the way it had previously, my tie rod causes my car to vvere right and my steering wheel sits crooked, my leather went to their repair shop in which they patched it with something that in 2 days already looks worse than before and then painted my leather to match the rest of the seat which I tried using my leather wipes that I've always used in which it took all of the paint off that surrounded the off color patch. I brought it to their attention and I'm guessing they knew I caught then cutting corners at that time the service director and general manager became irate yelling and threatening me (at which time I began recording them) I called gm service complaints and the dealer claimed that I came at him which as my recording shows, I was calm and collective the whole time simply asking them to repair what they ruined.
