Ready Luncheon Pizzas Are Never, Ever Ready - Dominos pizza

Dominos has had for some time now had a lunch time pizza offer of a specially sized pizza for $3.99, with the ads and posters promising that the pizza is "hot and ready, " and no waiting.
I have stopped in this particular location at varous times during the mid-day lunch time, and am always told no pizzas are ready, they must be put into the oven.
The owner/manager told me previously that some were ready some of the time, but admitted today that he never makes them ahead of time, so they are never "hot and ready" when a customer arrives.
When I complained that "ready" means "ready, " he just shrugged his shoulders and told me he would throw too many away if he made them ahead of time and had these truly hot and ready.
