Jets Pizza
Given someone's elses returned pizza/other site won't work properly

To whom it may concern: On 3/21 at appx. 8:20PM I ordered a pizza, I was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I was running a little late. I went to pick the pizza at appx. 8:55PM and was told that that it wasn't ready yet, so I told them I would be right back. As I was walking out of your store, I noticed a lady leaving her car with a pizza box leaving her car walking to the door of your store. I went to Speedway next door and returned in appx. 3 minutes. When I returned I was greeted by one of your employees, and he handed me my pizza. The thing that bothers me is that the pizza was on the cold side for a pizza that just came out of the oven, even a hot cart, so the only conclusion I can think of is that they handed me a pizza that was wrongfully given to someone else. I didn't realize this right away. Normally I get a receipt, not this time. Total was $16.93 and it was a 8 piece deep dish-all cornered w / 3 items. I just wanted to bring it to your attention, I don't appreciate being given a pizza that was given to someone else first. I've got plenty of hot pizzas that have came out of the oven, and this one definately did not. The # to the store I ordered from was 810-341-6100.
