I am now in debt

I'll keep this short and simple.

I had a part (transmission part) installed on my vehicle, it was going to cost $800. I picked up my vehicle from mt. Pleasant auto center and started a 200 mile trip down south. During my travels, the car acted up, it had become sluggish and the electronics were going crazy. I brought my car to a shop down south and I had a major transmission leak, I had to leave the car there for a week so i had to rent a car to go back up north to work. They called me when it was ready, so i rented another car to pick it up. The repair was $500.

So i drove my car back up north to where i live, I went to Mt. Pleasant auto service center, told them what happened, they gave me a the old runaround for 2 weeks and finally said they will not reimburse me the extra $1000 they had cost me for their mistake. So my $800 repair ended up costing me around $1800 dollars. I'm in the military, and I dont make that kinda money to just throw around, and I'm just too busy with work to file a case with small claims. Please beware of this business, dont let them get you how they got me.
