Sold me a car that almost killed me

I bought a 2002 Ford Focous from Quick Auto, I faithfully put down the down payment and faithfully made my first payment eager to re-establish my credit. I thought I was making a good deal, and the sales rep assured me thier cars a warranty and safest around. I only had it for six weeks, to find out one day driving Oh gee, I have no brakes, well maybe I can turn to aviod an accident Oh gee, I have no steering.

Oh wow and when I step on the brake Its like stepping on the gas its increasing the speed to where I just ran right into the yellow and red lite into a van with my car increasing it speed I hit the van head on demolishing my whole front end screaming in fear of dieing, thinking I was going to die, what had happened.

My life has been never the same since. My credit is seriously destroyed. Nobody wants to sell me a car due to my accident. Quick Auto went and wrote it off as they repossed the car went and pulled it outta the junk yard and rebuilted it, and re sold it as I hear. Covering up all the evidence, possible to get thier money. Months later I read in the newpapers someone died in an 2002 ford focous, accident, something like that.

Im being sued for something that was beyond my fault. Everyones all pointing thier finger on me. That I was at fault that caused the accident. Quick Auto bank Hertiage wants thier money, laughed at me when I asked them to refund me my money for the lemon they sold me.
