Insurance and deposit rip off

First of all, they made us purchase insurance on the spot, and would not accept the insurance we had already purchased online when we made the reservation through Expedia. Dollar's insurance was almost twice the amount, and we were left to try and get a refund through Expedia.

Secondly, the car remote battery died leaving us stranded on Christmas. The 24 hr help line was unavailable. After more than 24 hrs of trying to reach them, they were annoyed and asked us if we were aware that it was Christmas! They did not send anyone out to help us and told us the car would need to go to the dealer for service, but in the meantime would "most likely" continue working.

Third, instead of refunding the deposit, they charged the amount to our credit card, although they gave us a receipt upon our departure showing that they had refunded the deposit. Once again, they did not answer the phone, so we are trying to contest the charge with our credit card company.
