USPS Sugar Land lost my certified mail - USP Track and Confirm

A Cerified mail was sent to me on January 7 and I have not received it as of today January 26. The last tracking information available is 1/24 at 12:09pm, since then the local post office in Sugar Land stated that they could not locate the letter. This act of unacceptable postal service is exacerbated with a non-challant attitude and disregard for the time sensitiveness of the mail I am expecting by some of the staff. They feel justified that they have looked in the different carrier's trucks and the post office shelves without luck. Right now, they cannot account for the whereabout of my mail. Nobody is being held accountable.
