Fraud in the factum

My trust was abused massively. I was givinen an implied warranty, and the price that was discussed did not end up to what we agreed in final on paper. I have an extra $1000 IN PAYMENTS.

I test drove the car & noticed a problem, i was assured it would be fixed, in 2 days. We i showed up in 2 days i was told that the problem was fixed. I drove the car, when i got about 1 block from home the service engine soon light came on. I sent to my mechanic for diagnostic.

The upper intake unit is cracked by the thermostat housing & 2 coils & or injecters need replaced.

I was told to bring car in 12/26. Today is 12/24.
I started payment on 12/21. I will update 12/26/12
