Bad service

I went to the Niles, IL location and was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to get a flat tire fixed. I ended up going back two hours later, being told it was fixed when I got there and instead found that the tire wasn't fixed and needed to buy a new tire that was over priced. I didn't get a phone call telling me this and ended up wasting two hours. A $25 fix ended up costing me over $130. Even other customers were complaining while I waited. Not happy with this place and I will not go back.
