Ripoff Horrible Mannerism

I pulled into the Xpress Lube parking lot on the side of the building waiting for a co-worker who was going to drop off her car at this location. At the same time as my co-worker drove up I was on my cell phone when Anthony Daniels, the Branch Manager, approached me. I rolled my window down and in mid conversation said "what" to find out what he needed. He then began to raise the tone of his voice with a horrible attitude. At this point I informed him I was merely waiting for a co-worker who had just pulled up and his tone of voice needs to change. At this point Anthony Daniels, the Branch Manager, informed me he did not need our business and for me and my co-worker to get off his propriety before he called the police.

Needless to say I was stunned, but not as much as I was after speaking with District Manager Phillip Mendell. I explained the incident to Mr. Mendell He informed me that Anthony had already spoken with him and seeing how frustrated I was, I probably did have an attitude with Anthonybut he would talk to Anthony and handle his employees.

At this point I know the situation was much worse. Because if upper management had a POOR attitude, what type of management would they have in place below them? THE SAME! Needless to say I will never go to another Xpress Lube and will make sure all the other co-workers whom I've picked up on a very regular basis from this particular location is aware of their Customer-No-Service since the new management took over.
