Ripoff, overcharged, caused future breakdown, dishonest estimates, un-nessasary repairs, fraudulent billing

On the phone with Freys Auto, they agree to install my provided used gas tank & fuel pump moduel for about $160. I then had my car towed into them that night.

I go to the shop the first day my car is there and the same guy I spoke with on the phone is being a total jerk to me about how they will not warranty the work they do because my parts are used, so he wants me to sign a waiver. I refused to sign the waiver and called Friendly Chevrolet to have my brand new parts delievered the following morning. The man behind the counter says "well, if you have a connection at Friendly Chev you might as well order up 4 fuel injectors, a fuel rail" and so on. I told him I can't afford that and refused to order anything until we knew my car needed it.in the end they called all my parts delivered directly to them from the dealership "customer part - no warranty"

50 miles past thier mechanics warranty my motor has blown up.

My bill has parts I had to pay for but no labor for those parts, labor billed for installing parts that were never purchased, and they replaced parts that were brand new on my car w/o my consent. My $160.00 estimate ended up to be over $1,700.00, this is for labor. I paid for my parts seperatly.
