Beware! Ripoff! They keep billing, wont stop plowing i called and called for them to stop

I have a contract in writing with another company and they had a much better price then NOON who I used 1 time the year before. To my surprise NOON started to plow my driveway without anything in writing and even after I asked there driver to stop coming on my property and even after the driver called his company and in front of us repeated what we told him "Not to come" "we have a contract with another plow company" they still came and each week we received bills. Everytime we would tell there driver if we were home and saw him plowing to STOP and get out and then we would call and explain to NOON that we dont want them and never asked them to come. They started calling and harrassed me by phone and kept sending bills.

Finally we got the owner on phone and he said he would stop coming but this was after $220 worth of bills racked up! To make matters worse they sent me over to collections which could hurt my credit score. I have not missed a payment and have a perfect report so you can see the stress this causes. I am going to take them to court as they refuse to drop the false billings. I explained to them over and over on the phone that they may think I asked them to come 1 time the year before but this is not a contract to come and even if they think it is, they have record of me telling them to stop after the first time they came. My assistant called them and also told them to stop everytime they came and every bill we got he was on the phone saying this is ridiculous. I will be going house to house and showing my story to every neighbor in my affluent area (home prices are 1 to 1.7 million) It is not the amount of money that is owed that im crying about it is the principle. They think they can bully people to pay and not listen to verbal communication when asked them to stop but they can listen to verbal communication that tells them to start?

Dont allow them to do this to you, look to so many other great companies in the area for service.
