Needed to Have My Car Serviced for Winter - Life time services

I don't jump hastily to this review. This is the third time I've had issues with this store and the same problem has happened at 2 other stores. Every couple of years I take my car in for a tire balance and rotation, alignment and usually have the oil changed at the same time. I purchased the life time balance, rotation and ailgnment packages when I purchased my tires. (I keep my cars a long time and don't want to pay for it every time) I dropped my car off this morning (I made the appointment last week), asked them if it would be done in 4 hours (they said no problem) and I left. I returned 5 hours later and they were just doing the oil change - nothing else had been done. I left - seriously ticked off - and I thought I would ask these questions.

Why do you sell these lifetime programs, if you have no intention of servicing them??? Why do you take appointments you have no intentions of honoring??? Why would I continue to do business with a company that treats me the way that you consistantly do???
