AWFUL EXPERIENCE - New Tires & Oil Change

Went for (2) new tires and repair of flat spare. Left car with them for service that was promised in 1 hour. Two hours later dropped by ad they had not started on it. Came back 3.5 hours after car was dropped off and still not done. All apologies, but poor service. Finally left after 4.5 hours with new tires. Guess what I'm looking at this morning. Flat tire on R. Front. Who what have thought??? NTB N. Mopac Team is AWFUL.
