A Big O' Ripoff in

Recently, I had to bring a flat tire in to be replaced. When I got to Big O' Tires, the customer service from management seemed almost non existent. This should have been my first clue. Hindsight is 20/20 I guess. Not more than two weeks later, the tire popped. I thought a bead must have been broken. My girlfriend ran over a brick, so I did not think it would be a "big" deal. I inspected it for nail holes, punctures etc. Nothing found. I brought it back to Big O' Tires. After twenty minutes, they said there was a nail in the tire. This was a surprise to me, since I did not see any. They said they would fix it for free. Good enough I thought. Then twenty minutes later they came back and they said there was a run flat, and the side wall was gone. They said this was negligence from riding on the flat. I know for there was no excess driving of the car with the flat. Big O' Tires is a Big O' Ripoff. I would stay far away from this company. I left without even taking the tire. I should have to take it to a nother shop to prove they were grinding it down. I will put a stop payment to see if it will do any good.
