Within my brief work with Job Ready department 1833, I suffered daily stress and embarrassment from another co worker. Though I introduced this towards the interest of my boss he did practically nothing. This therapy happened before temperature employees, normal workers as well as before my boss. Their solution was "thats how she's, she did not such as the additional women possibly". I created every try to proper issues together with her to no avail or assistance from my boss. After of a month 5 I started to encounter panic attacks before work every morning. At this time I determined that 11.00 an hour or so simply was not worthwhile. I published a notice towards the GM, DM and Employee Relations. The DM named as did Employee Relations nevertheless all my letter-writing and telephone selecting regarding this issue was a waste of period since nothing was actually completed... Worse aspect about this was the DM explained during our telephone call he thought me due to issues he'd found out about this specific worker.
