Rude manager

I called to check the status of my application and was put on hold. The manager called sheila solutions having a pissy perspective, "hello? Hi?! Who's this?". I thought it was the woman i had been formerly speaking with that had put me onhold. I stated, using the utmost value, "you put me on-hold" she said no i did not that is sheila who's this?!" i described that i had been talking with someone a few minutes before about my application status and they put me onhold (actually they did not advise me the call had been trransferred). She said, "we'ven't looked over any programs however". The main reason i almost got upset was since i thought that she had been very disrespectful and unproffessional. Had she just responded the telephone declaring who she was and wondering how she may help, and given me the same regard i had been giving her (even though that she was rude) that will've been enough for me. You'd think i'd simply cursed her out or anything. I had been just seeking work. This makes me not wish to even work-there, not to mention visit that store anymore.
