I requested a floral arrangement for my aunt's visitation and memorial. The layout delivered was a shame.in trying to eliminate the problem, i named and sent many times. Each time i named i had been always placed on hold for up to 12 moments. I received several calls from them aswell, and each time i had been asked for your invoice # and placed on hold again, even if they called me through easter holiday and also when told i had been on cell and on roam the agent would put me onhold. They called me continuously requesting our # they tell me the florist delivered what i'd ordered and that i had no state. Fortunatly i'd an image so when i delivered it for them whole tone transformed. The arrangement wasn't even near what they said it had been. However they still called me requested for my number and put me onhold. These were to the most component defensive and showed hardly any knowledge of the fact they were funeral flowers. I do not need any payment only letting others know this isn't a trusted company
