Poor Service Today - Checking Account

I was the next in line when I stepped in the branch at 5:15pm today. Peak hours? There was only 1 teller, so I waited 7 min before a second teller stepped up. I wanted to make a cash withdrawal. Withdrawal slips can only be filled out at the teller now. 8 min now. Transacation is processed and I get my $40 cash. But I wasn't asked how wanted that. I always get asked. But not today. I got $20s. If I wanted that, I would've just gone to the ATM and woulnd't need to wait in line. I told the teller that, but she ignored me. She swapped out the cash for me. 10 min visit, when it should've been less than 5.
