I'm composing with the expectation these problems is likely to be resolved and that I will receive a reaction regarding the outcome.

I called the KMart shop in Prescott Area, Arizona yesterday morning-after viewing an advertisement within the regional paper with swingsets for sale. I talked initially to Walt who set me on-hold... While on hold Justin acquired and thinking I'd been moved informed Justin what swingset I had been searching for. Walt returned about the telephone and explained he appeared and there have beennot any, to that we replied that another person had acquired the telephone and was also searching and so I desired to delay. Walt stated, "I currently appeared and you can findnot any", and that I again I required that I have the ability to watch for Justin. While Justin returned about the telephone he'd told me that after talking with the Assistant Supervisor he'd been informed that there is a vehicle unloading correct then that experienced the swingset that I had been searching for. Justin agreed to place my title and telephone number to put on that collection for me personally... Very useful! He called back about fifteen minutes later declaring the swingset have been unloaded and was prepared for collection and he'd my title onto it... He advised me to visit customer support table and tell them that it was in getting awaiting me.
