Terrible customer service! Completely Rude!

I'm not really a person in 24-Hour Exercise, but my buddy spoke me into attempting a kick-box course together with her utilizing a free move. I visited the class together with her not planning to put up any account, simply to try the course. Following the course, I had been drawn apart from the evening supervisor operating and he was really challenging in establishing a account. I told him I had been not involved and he got really manipulative and rude and stated we were "utilizing" his gym which he'd need to cost us. We were totally amazed he was saying the items he was saying. He insulted my buddies work like a personal trainer to get a nearby gym and was speaking right down to us. I believe his attitude towards me and my buddy was totally uncalled-for, needless, and incredibly rude once we did nothing wrong. He created me and my buddy insulted enough that I'd to create a criticism. This isn't the way in which potential prospects (or any clients for instance) ought to be handled.
