Unpofessional and Rude Employee

We visited a Buck Tree shop today. I had been surprised by what proceeded to occur. We were searching for a while and requested about some artwork items. Which were sold-out. Although we were voicing our issue to 1 of the workers. Another lady alongside her selling a shelf acknowledged a buddy whoam I had been buying with. She proceeded to express She understood my buddy and child she'd gotten fat. Our buddy attempting to be ethical and surprised she stated that. Before everybody attempted to finish the converstion.in witch she was also informed she was a liar a crook and insulted in a number of differant methods. I dont learn about this lady. I'd never met her before today. The very fact she chose to minimize my buddy, before another worker, and two additional clients from the valentines cards appauled me. We proceeded to look at and abandon and recognized the girl went in to the protection space/workplace. We informed the cashier who'd herd the discussion that happened. If this shop usually exhibited this fashion of proffesionalisim. If it had been frequent occurrence. Then your lady start work doorway and proceeded to express the kitten my buddy had offered her. That she told my buddy was lifeless hadnt died but was living and good and her children liked him. All night after my buddy was extremly annoyed also it destroyed her evening and mine. I cant think that somebody who is working might begin speaking like this to any client its is disrespectful and incorrect to act this way at the office actually the cashier apologized for that different females behaviour. Its typical courtesy to not offend your visitors not to mention set others such an unpleasant place. I don't be returning to that particular shop for along time.
