Guest Pass refusal and rude treatment!

I'm an extended-period 24-Hour Fitness associate (since 2001 or before) that has been pleased with the groups and also the support since joining. I'm surprised in the insufficient regard and neglect within the handling an easy, visitor cross use and account request my boy, by all degrees of workers of 24-Hour Fitness - Bakersfield 93313 area.

I got my boy to the gym having a 14-day move which was directed at me from the worker - therefore he might give it a try. We went oneday also it was good, 24 hours later the lady in the table had my boy complete an application, we believed thus he might here about account. Nevertheless when Jose, exercise therapist came he got us to his table and questioned just how many occasions my boy had are available in, I stated once, with he stated this" card is terminated". I said I simply received it. I stated but I've 2 exercise oneday visitor move that included my account, he explained he's no further an initial time customer and he was refused entry. No sales hype, nothing simply rudely expected to depart!!!
