I acquired ended today with a softline government supervisor "Val" nowadays after I was completed with might work responsibilities and was going to home. Iam being requested by my group chief "Tanja" not to to clock-out and follow her towards the "VAL'S" workplace. Today "tanja" may be the one that is just a racist whonot like anyone from various nationality, what she loves to do is hold off within the shop, stay in the appropriate space, create enjoyment of others and employers around. She never places any work at the office where it inspires others. If you're a-team head you're designed to direct the group not only frighten me menatally by examining little information on function being done.in different terms she simply bothers and bothers and affects.

These would be the factors been distributed by "val" to me before ending me becasue based on "Tanja" it's created "val" to fire me.

1) Tanja statements that i do not work on all - constantly hanging around within the shop -Today clarify me if iam doing things such as that. Why they don't show-me the proof. They have cameras mounted within the entire store. Please display it in my experience if iam no longer working and simply playing around. They've to provide me a good evidence to create me think of the blaim.

2) Tanja statements that iam arriving late to function - Today, why does not, "Val" proceed and examine my striking documents whether iam being overdue to perform daily. The truth is I am usually promptly.

3) If tanjya fails thats becomes ok and resolve there individual existence issues resting in the appropriate space Thats ok - If i simply ask a few of the co workers concerning the work conditions that witch tanja believes I am losing might work period.

4)"Tanja" fat-ass fails at-all and simply messes around with individuals with black skin or with various nationality. She believes individuals who ar enot white are thieves. She never claims this-but her conduct talks a great deal and that Iam not fool who cannot see that.

"Val", the government supervisor, did not actually cross-check with every other co workers concerning the complains being raised by "Tanja" regarding me. She simply noticed the protest linen produced by "tanja" and dismissed me... Actually I had been being provided great comments 4 occasions from the clients for a superb customer serivice. If i dont work i dont get that... Easy!

I'll not ignore it now. I may match "tanja" for elegance and nuisance issues. See you within the courtroom "TANJA".
