Falsified a legal veterinary document ripoff

I purchased a jack russell terrier from Tanja Walter and she stated the dog was up to date on all vaccines. When I looked for the rabies certificate it was not in the folder that I recieved from her, she was contacted and she stated she will look for it. A few days later she said she located it and will mail it out. Well, to make a long story short, She tampered with the legal rabies document and the dog was over 1 year over due for his vaccination. The veterinarian (Dr. Hedley Marks of Norfolk County Vet. Service veified the tampering.)
