Well, I'm ashamed to admit that Patricia got me too but she used the name Tanja Hamilton and an 817 area code phone number. My story is very similar to all the others. She advertises a kid-safe, family-friendly horse, takes your money and then does not honor the 30 day guarantee.

She gains your trust by talking how she wants to find such a wonderful home for her child's first horse that she has outgrown. Then she just happens to have a friend traveling your direction who is willing to bring the horse to you but does not want the responsibility of the money. So she wants the money wired. This is appealing since gas prices are so high, but DON'T DO IT. No matter how tempting it may be. She will push for this because you have 30 days to return the horse. NOT!!! My only difference with her is that the horse was NEVER delivered. Of course she has no intentions of refunding any of my money. She is a hardened criminal who must be stopped before someone if fatally hurt by one of her horses. PLEASE DO NOT do any business with this woman. She will scam you, take your money, and run.

She also uses the physical address of 9759 St. Hwy 155, Avinger Tx, but her business that is registered with the Secretary of State in Austin is Etex Equine at 9059 St. Hwy 155.
