Poor service

Visited Eight west Sneakers shop in Austin Road, Queens, NY on 10/31/09 and bought a set of shoes. I often prefer to buy 2 or even more sets. However the affiliate in the shop was really arrogant to the stage that he quit the authorized bill about the table and went downstairs and dismissed the recipt. When I stated "thanks ", he didn't replied. When I requested for another footwear since the first types were broken he explained this is the last set we've. He was really repugnant and confirmed no professionalism or did he represent your shop towards the fullest. I did abandon having a footwear plus they might have been free aswell, easily might have stored the authorized purchase receipt. He couldn't have cared! I am shocked at his support which is among the shops I store to since itis in my own neighborhood. Should I visit another region and store there? Perhaps so-and provide the company to another person or boycott your shop.
