Poor Customer Service

On August 30th I bought a set of tie-up Rockport Footwear at your Famous Footwear Shop in South Portland, ME.

After carrying them only one time, the shoe-string turned frayed to the stage that it had been going to split.

I returned towards the shop about the morning of Sept 9th, seeking an upgraded set of boot laces, and was informed from the supervisor that I'd need to buy them.

I described the conditions, and he or she mentioned that "we've never had a set of sneakers delivered due to a frayed shoelace." She then simply looked at me for 30-45 seconds. Her look became a glare.

I stated that it had been not the $2.69 cost of the boot laces I had been upset about, instead the main of the problem. The boot laces were faulty.

The supervisor then simply appeared out the screen of the shop and passed me the boot laces. No apology. No description. Nothing. Not really possess a good evening.

I gaurentee which was my final buy at Famous Footwear. You're not the only real shop that offers Rockport shoes.
