Lood work appointment

I created a scheduled appointment with this specific company on 1-16-09 for to become observed on 1-21-09 at 7am for many bloodwork on my 9 yr-old. I closed at 6:55am. The team were communicating with one another as the waiting-room was complete with about 12-15 individuals waiting to be offered. I realized that customers were arriving after I and were getting back with-out a scheduled appointment and also the team/assistant understood them (3people). I eventually went as much as the table at 7:40 and requested when he would w observed for he's to stay college in fifteen minutes. I received an extremely poor perspective in one of the technicians and also the assistant, lastly after awaiting another 5 mins I had been named back, to which my boy was handled really badly and he or she poked my kid three times becaused she was furious with me. I informed her to obtain another technology to attract my boyis body and he or she was speaking with the assistant about me and that's really UNPROFESSIONAL. I'll NEVER use this laboratory again and that I wish that anything is performed about that. Our boy today large bruises due to the technology which was really unpleasant.
