Rude Representatives in Service Restoration Department

The DirecTV department that takes care of restoring services really has employees who are very unprofessional. I tried to get my service restored and called several times. I talked with ladies named Stephaine, Louise and Kimberely, who had bad attitudes, at the telephone number you are supposed to call, 18778371603.
They really should not be working with the public. Their attitudes were extremely bad, and they kept telling me different answers. I will check back to see if anyone has looked into this complaint, because their attitude was unacceptable.
