Probation

I've worked for Kroger for nearly 24 months. I've been placed on probation for extreme absence. Each time I've created evidence from my physician urgent-care im or doctor. Supposably I've 13 crimes... Do not know where that originated from I'm just conscious of these. Vomiting. Nearly dropping towards the ground departing early visited physician. Have justification. 2nd had bleeding and raced to clinic remaining work early wound up having ectopic pregnancy and needed surgery because it was deadly. Was out 5 times. Subsequently got influenza visited urgent-care with continuing temperature and discomfort physician justification for 48 hours off because of infectious! A week later disease never healed by antibiotics therefore raced to immediate are after-work with 104 temperature. Physician ordered 48 hours off. Just became popular 5. Following day go back to function and every worker was conscious I had been under analysis as there is an email & named off-again... Therefore rude! Was named to workplace and informed I had been placed on probation for lack and tardy... I had been ignorant as Kroger I thought had a-7 second tip for clocking in but I had been just late several times with a moment or two. Additionally some overdue clock-ins were because of time program when I had simply moved and needed to discover anyone to personally time me in.inform me this really is it to be placed on probation for these when I work-in drugstore and that I may spread bacteria simple I depend deliver medications and speak with customers. I'm treated unfairly. When I was underneath the impact so long as I'd created physician records that I'dnot be placed on disciplinary action.
