The owner had me work a 24 hr shift illegal, serves food out of the garbage and doesnt pay his workers. There is currently ove 4000 dollars owed out to employees

I worked for this company just long enough to receive my first check, or I thought this to be so. I busted ass everyday for this guy and even worked a 24 hour shift because I didn't want out kitchen have to be closed during rush hours. I was supposed to be paid in November 30th and its now December 5thvand I still have not been paid. I personally witnessed theOowner pulling food out of the trash to be cooked and served to his customers. And have several other people who could vouch for these statements
