Abel, leaven hard work, little pay & no pay for hours worked

Where can i started? Well i'm a former employee and worked there for a good amount of time at first i was really excited to be on board learning everything i needed to learn... Until i started receiving my paycheck and noticed that i was missing hours, i thought no big deal its a mistake. I was wrong i started hearing from other people that worked there with me that the manager Abel & Leaven takes people's hours and probably pockets the money. At first i thought of how illegal this is and what a huge lawsuit i can have on them but i let it go. I receive my other pay check (i was full time which i should be doing 80 hours every two weeks) & again short on hours and that was it. I was not going to work for free while some idiot takes advantage of people working for him just because they're mostly non-documented workers. I ended up quiting, but the most shady part of all is i worked very hard on the job did everything i was told and get rip off by this so called employer. If you can't pay your workers don't have a company in the first place. I highly recommend not working at this so called bakery food place... Its a want to be panera... Only thing that panera actually pays their workers not like this company... Worst part of all i try checking my hours in the system and you can't because the manager doesn't allow... Thats a major sign of ripoff... Im happily working somewhere else and it is 10000000x better then this piece of garbage of a company and i actually get paid for my hours and i'm not the only one who didn't get paid my hours many others have left the company for not being paid, and i'm going to report them to the department of labor.
