Complaint. There was one manager that was on the counter & i was waiting for at least half an hour for my meal, there was also some other staff in the shop & they never called for any help. Then the manager was dealing with all the cash & food wearing the same pair of gloves which i thought was very unhygienic. I was going to report this to health & hygiene but i thought i would get in touch with you first hoping you can do somthing about this if not i will get in touch with them.
