Poor customer service—again!

Each any every time I visit the McDonalds in the plaza that I work at I stop and grab a coffee. It is ALWAYS wrong, told they did not make it, or they did not take the order, etc... It is never "I'm sorry, let me fix that"! You also have a recording when you drive up, asking if you want to try some Blueberry thing, or whatever, you say "No", and proceed to order. Then, dead silence??? Someone asks can I take your order, and when you try to explain how you just did order, you are informed, that I must wait to be helped!!! Are you serious? The people at this location are thoroughly unprofessional, impersonal and rude.inside this location is even more frustrating so I avoid it at all cost. The establishment is dirty, unkept and the staff is condescending, snippy and have attitude problems. No smiles, no pleasantries, no manners, nothing. Very disappointing.in this economy you should be grateful to be employed and even more aware how hard it is to afford fast food these days.
