Cheesecake Factory-poor service/food - cheesecake factory

I arrived for dinner about 7:30. Service was slow for my order. Food was brought, and nobody came by the rest of the meal. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get my check because the server, Stephanie R, 'got distracted'. Never saw the manager in any capacity, or even know if they were there. Seasoned fries were NOT seasoned, and special burger was bland. Won't return.
