This store and the entire company does not care about customer service or loyalty

Approximately a year ago, I stopped going to this store because the morons that work there repeatedly gave me the wrong item. I complained to the local manager who acted like he could care less and decided not to patronize this store. I began going back two weeks ago and on my second trip the gal gave me a blueberry bagel w / cream chees instead of what I ordered. I went into the store on my way home for a refund and the girl behind the counter was so incompetent, she didn't even know how to give a refund and I walked out talking to myself. I sent a complaint to the corporate office of DD and not even an acknowledgement was received. Screw Dunkin Donuts, I'll never go back.
