Dunkin' Donuts - bad customer service

I'm a frequent customer of Dunkin' Donuts. As a resident of Calumet City, il I often visit store #300734. I have found that mistakes are often made there. Product runs out, toast is burnt and orders are confused. I got so tired of this that I started going to stores further away from me. However, every now and then I come back to store #300734 because its so close to me.

The lastest snafu involved getting the wrong order and having to return to the store. As I walked in the door and stated I got the wrong order, another customer said to me, "I'll bet that's my order and I got yours". She was correct. She had traveled farther than I had to. The snafu was corrected and we were on our way but I have never run into so many problems as I have at store #300734.
